Friday 8 December: Australia, Greece, New Zealand

Tuesday 12 December: Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Poland

Wednesday 13 December: Canada, Finland, Sweden, USA

Thursday 14 December: Austria, Denmark, Iceland, Portugal, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland
